Reconstruction of the Warehouse Complex in Stoyanka, Bucha District
The warehouse complex consists of two commissioning phases: the first is scheduled for operation in Q1 2026, and the second in Q4 2026.
The complex has a total area of 79,300 m², which includes 64,300 m² of Class A warehouse space and a 15,000 m² administrative and amenity building. Construction Company “Alexandria” is executing the zero-cycle works and the installation of the reinforced concrete building frame. The project client is LLC “Vyhidna Pokupka” (Aurora Multimarket).
